How to Generate a Web Hosting Renewal Invoice from Your Client Area in Kenya

On this page

Running a website in Kenya means keeping your hosting active to avoid downtime—especially if your business relies on online visibility. One smart way to stay ahead is by generating your web hosting renewal invoice early through your client area, rather than waiting for the automatic reminder.

In this guide, we’ll show you step-by-step how to generate a renewal invoice from your HostAfrica client portal. This process helps you avoid missed payments, failed auto-renewals, and potential service interruptions—giving your business or personal website continuous online presence.

Why Generate a Renewal Invoice Early?
